The LaserJet4345 is a do-it-all printer that does printing, makes copies, scans, faxes, sends e-mails and has document finishing capabilities in one easy-to-use device. Copying speeds are up to 44 ppm, and it can do color scanning and digital sending. The HP LaserJet 4345 has a touch-screen graphical control panel. It comes with an HP Jetdirect Ethernet embedded print server for easy networking within school campuses.
This printer includes a 100-sheet multipurpose tray, 500-sheet input tray and a 500-sheet output tray. It allows automatic two-sided printing. Here is a low-cost and low maintenance printer that can efficiently handle the work load within school settings.
