Twist Vector Drawing Software
CD-ROMs, COURSEWARE & ONLINE RESOURCES
Twist is a vector drawing tool that allows students to draw and edit curves in math, social studies and art classes. Vector drawings are images defined by curves and lines or mathematical formulas. The vector software program stores each image as a series of instructions on just how to draw the image. The software allows students to change curves, resize shapes, and adjust gradients.
Patterns, pictures, or gradients can be inserted into text. The opacity of fills, strokes, and gradient colors can also be independently adjusted. Interesting visual effects are achieved by adjusting the opacity of every color in a shape. Even with fancy fills, text is editable so students can make changes and fix spelling errors.
This tool allows students to create maps and geometric drawings. Students can easily draw curves while using a number of easy-to-use visual effects.
