FNC Inc. hires new marketing director

Oxford-based FNC Inc., a leading developer of real estate collateral management software, has hired Carol Luitjens to direct its global marketing and branding efforts, effective immediately.
"Carol brings to the table more than 15 years' experience in new business initiatives, including marketing, product development and operations," said Dennis Tosh, FNC co-founder and chief administrative officer. We are proud and fortunate to have her on board, and we look forward to making great strides with the assistance of Carol and her stellar marketing team."
Luitjens will lead FNC's internal marketing group, which includes experts in Web development, user interface management, public relations and product management.

"I have a real passion for developing products, staff, teams and organizations into best of class,' and I'm thrilled about the potential I see here at FNC," Luitjens said, adding that her initial goals include enhanced sales support and widespread name recognition for FNC among national and international mortgage lenders.
A self-proclaimed creative problem solver, Luitjens is skilled in transition management and refocusing organizations on translating market analysis into business results.
She co-founded Luitjens and Associates Education Solutions, an independent consulting firm specializing in new business initiatives, and is well known among publishers for her industry acumen.
Luitjens served as president of Pearson Professional Development, a $17-million online education subsidiary of Pearson Education. Prior to that, she was a senior vice president for Chicago-based Dearborn Financial Publishing's real estate and financial services divisions.
