SOS Staffing Services forms new subsidiary

SOS Staffing Services Inc., Salt Lake, announced last week it has formed a new subsidiary -- Inteliant Corp.-- which will bring together the business of 16 acquisitions into one group and adopt a national brand identity.
Inteliant Corp. will operate as the information technology and professional services subsidiary of SOS. Inteliant Corp. intends to provide business and information technology solutions to corporate America.
There are four main operating divisions within Inteliant Corp.: IT consulting services, IT staffing, systems integration and middle market outsourcing services.
Curtis L. Wolfe has been named the president of Inteliant Corporation and will report directly to Peter R. Sollenne, president and chief operating officer of SOS. Wolfe was formerly the president and owner of Wolfe & Associates Inc., which was acquired by SOS in November 1996.
