More entries have raced in from HT readers who believe they have the 'best car in procurement'. Bryan Selwood built his car "MYCAT" in three months and says, while it is without sat nay and CD player, it is probably the "funkiest" in procurement. Meanwhile, HT has also been told of one buyer who is keeping quiet about the 1960s Ferrari with 30 miles on the clock parked in his garage.

Not fazed by these or the Jags, Cadillac and Speedster that have gone before them, Eric Gates thinks his low carbon-emitting Peugeot 107 is king of the road. "I wonder if 'best' has different connotations in the public sector?" he says.
