Accounting
Ronald F. Martino has been named partner at WithumSmith Brown, certified public accountants. Martino has more than 12 years of public accounting experience, providing attest, tax and consulting services to companies ranging from closely-held businesses to multinational corporations. He is a member of the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association and the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey. Martino graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Rutgers University in New Brunswick.
Virginia A. Piccolo has been promoted to partner at WithumSmith Brown. She has more than 17 years of public accounting experience, where she has provided audit, tax and consulting services to various companies, ranging from closely held businesses to multinational corporations, with a special interest in technology, distribution, manufacturing, real estate and pension plans. Piccolo graduated from William Paterson University with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Architecture
Sherry Bauer has been named senior vice president in charge of office management, human resources and finance administration at Ronald Schmidt & Associates. She is in charge of upgrading RSA office procedures and systems, and customizing software to meet the firm's management/accounting requirements. Bauer has a degree in business administration and advanced certification in human resources management.
Peter Grieco has been promoted to executive vice president at Ronald Schmidt & Associates. Grieco, who is a registered architect, spearheads RSAs project activities in education and hospitality. Grieco opened RSAs hospitality service group in 1994, which directed design and construction of hotel complexes with more than 3,000 rooms in 18 states. He has also been project team manager across the board in all practice venues. Grieco completed studies in architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Law
Dana B. Ostrovsky has been promoted to counsel at the regional law firm of Parker McCay. She joined the firm as an associate in 2005, and currently works in Parker's headquarters in Marlton. Ostrovsky's practice is concentrated in the areas of construction law and litigation, and complex commercial commercial litigation, representing both public and private clients. She earned a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, and received her bachelor's degree from Rutgers College, School of Communication.
Michael E. Sullivan has been promoted to counsel at the law office of Parker McCay. He joined the law firm in 2005 as an associate, and works in the firm's Lawrenceville office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex litigation, land use, commercial litigation, gaming regulation and medical malpractice. He earned a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, and received a bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
Jeffrey D.Winitsky has been appointed to counsel at the regional law firm of Parker McCay. He joined the law firm as an associate in 2005, and works in the firm's headquarters in Marlton. Winitsky concentrates his practice in the area of public finance. He earned a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, and received a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University.
Nonprofit
Tara F. Kelly has been appointed the new chief executive officer of the Jersey Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross. She has more than 12 years of experience, and has served the organization as development director, chief development officer and deputy chapter executive. Kelly currently serves on the Advisory Board of Health South Rehabilitation Hospital in Tinton Falls, and is a past board member of Monmouth Ocean Development Council. She has also been an occasional speaker at the American Red Cross National Conference. Kelly earmed her bachelor's degree in public accounting from Kean University.
Telecommunications
Uri Zilberman has been named president of RAD Data Communications Inc., a leading international manufacturer of telecommunications access equipment. He began his career at RAD's international headquarters as a product manager in the mid- 1990s, and became president of RADirect, RAD's North American online sales branch, in 2000. Zilberman has an MBA and a degree in computer science and economics from Tel Aviv University in Israel.
