Richard Douglass, president of the Southern California Coastal Division of Centex Homes, welcomed the J.D. Power and Associates award as another aid for customers trying to make informed decisions during the highly complex and emotional process of buying and building a home.
"Home buyers deserve confidence in their builder to provide quality, on-time construction results from a myriad of people, processes and systems on and off the job site," he said.
"Centex Homes, nationally as well as in our market, continues to be a standout among new home builders, pushing the benchmark for overall customer satisfaction.
