Taylor Woodrow's Buenaterra Model Homes Now Open in Buena Park

Orange County Business Journal, Jun 11-Jun 17, 2007

Taylor Woodrow's model homes at Buenaterra are now open in Buena Park. Priced from the low $600,000s, the community will feature 92 attached homes and offer residents a tremendous array of entertainment and shopping amenities close to home. And at the cornerstone of this community is the opening of the newest Metrolink Orange County Line depot right next to Buenaterra, which is p connected to the community through a private pedestrian pathway and overhead bridge. The Metrolink Station is scheduled to open in early summer 2007.

Inspired by California and Santa Barbara architecture, Buenaterra will offer two floor plans. At 1,549 square feet, Residence One offers three bedrooms and two and one-half baths. The kitchen, dining room, and living room have an open floor design that is designed to enhance the spaciousness of the core living areas. Residence Two has 1,825 square feet of living space and features four bedrooms and two and one-half baths. Both plans offer large kitchen islands, master walk-in closets and two-car garages.

"Buenaterra is a perfect community for families and professionals looking for an excellent commuting alternative and close proximity to entertainment centers and other points of interest," said Gil Miltenberger, Senior Vice President/General Manager for Taylor Woodrow Homes. "Just a few minutes' walk from home to train is just one of the many fantastic attributes of this community."

Easy Commute

Once the Metrolink depot opens, it will provide residents tremendous access to major cities from north to south without having to worry about heavy freeway traffic. The estimated travel time from the Buena Park depot to Downtown Los Angeles will be approximately 35 minutes and it will also take about 35 minutes to travel south to Irvine.

Located at Artesia Blvd. and Dale Street, Buenaterra will include a private community center featuring a swimming pool, spa and clubhouse. In addition, it is just minutes away from Downtown Buena Park, which features attractions such as the Knott's Berry Farm entertainment area, Downtown Disney in Anaheim, and the eclectic and lively Downtown Fullerton, which is the talk of the town. All of these areas have myriad entertainment and dining options.

Outdoor Options

There are also a number of great local outdoor activities such as the historic Los Coyotes Golf Course, Highlands Golf, Buena Park Golf Center and one of the many parks that include George Bellis Park, Boisseranc Park and the expansive Ralph B. Clark Regional Park. And with Angel Stadium and the Honda Center a short drive or train ride away, there will always be something for everyone.
