ACCOUNTING
Seligman, Friedman & Company named Matt Conrad and Brandon Zlupko senior managers. Conrad is with the constructionpractice group and a member of the paperless-planning committee. He is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Westminster College. Zlupko is a member of the audit and accounting committee and the construction and real estate practice group. He is a CPA and a graduate of Juniata College. Tara Campbell, Julie Felpel and Wendy D. Schnaars were named senior accountants. Campbell and Felpel have been with the company for three years. Campbell has a bachelor's degree from Lycoming College; Felpel is a CPA and has a bachelor's degree in accounting from York College. Schnaars has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Pierce College in Philadelphia. Krista McCullough, Mark Scamacca and Travis Schenck were named third-level staff accountants. McCullough has a bachelor's degree in accounting and criminal justice from York College. Scamacca has a bachelor's degree in business administration specializing in economics and finance from Augusta State University. Schenck is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Brandon Blauch and Melinda L. Retherford were named second-level staff accountants. Blauch has a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in accounting and management information systems, from Shippensburg University. Retherford has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Shippensburg University and a master of business administration degree from Penn State University.
Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz named Anne Urbansky marketing coordinator. She has a degree in journalism from Penn State University.

East Pennsboro Township-based Gannett Fleming Inc. named Trent L. Dreese, Judy L. Hricak, Mark Metil, William M. Plumpton and Paul G. Schweiger stockholders. Dreese is a professional engineer and a geotechnical project manager with more than 18 years of experience. He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Bucknell University. Hricak is vice president and national practice manager of the marketing and business-development practice. She has more than 17 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in communications from Penn State University. Metil is a professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience. He manages the transportation-systems operations group and has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Plumpton is a project manager and oversees planning and environmental documentation for transportation, facilities, utilities, and land development projects. He has more than 22 years of environmental experience and a bachelor's degree in environmental resource management from Penn State University. Schweiger is a professional engineer with the dams and hydraulic-structures section and has more than 23 years of engineering experience. He has a bachelor's and a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of New Brunswick. James J. Badaczewski was named manager of instrumentation, control and electrical technologies in the facilities division. Previously, he was a chief electrical engineer. He is a professional engineer and has more than 20 years of electrical and mechanical engineering experience, as well as a bachelor's degree in electrical-engineering technology from the University of Pittsburgh.

He is president of Manchester Townshipbased Investment Real Estate, which provides self-storage brokerage, construction and management for owners and investors in eight states. He also owns and operates seven self-storage facilities in Pennsylvania.
