Setting up shop

The Silver Spring Square shopping center in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, is adding to its list of tenants. New occupants include a 4,518-square-foot Panera Bread, a 2,000-square-foot Cingular Wireless store and a 2,000-square-foot Hollywood Tans salon.
The center will be anchored by Target and Wegmans and is set to house other large tenants, such as Best Buy, Office Max, Ross Dress for Less and Bed Bath & Beyond. A PNC Bank will also be on site.
A Chili's and LongHorn Steakhouse opened in early March, said Powell Arms, vice president of investments for Regency Centers, the Florida-based owner of the center. Other free-standing operations will open in May and June, with the rest of the tenants opening in July through September.
There is about 14,000 square feet of space left for small shops to lease at the nearly 500,000-square-foot center, Arms said.
