ACCOUNTING
Diana M. Reed & Associates of Derry Township named Robert L. Fredericks manager of business development. He will concentrate on taxation and business advisory services. Previously, he was president of Bibs Auto Inc. He is a CPA, a veteran of the U.S. Army and a graduate of Penn State University and Dickinson School of Law.
ARCHITECTURE/ ENGINEERING
Gannett Fleming Inc. of East Pennsboro Township named Joseph R. Bower manager of the information and control-systems group in its facilities division. The group designs, constructs and maintains systems that monitor and control infrastructure, plants and processes. Bower will direct the work of several engineering teams and oversee the design and implementation of wired, wireless and fiber-optic communications systems. He has more than 17 years of experience and a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University.
West Hempfield Townshipbased David Miller/Associates Inc. named Scott H. Hain director of its planning group. He is a professional engineer and has been with the company since 1998. He has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Delaware.
Swatara Township-based Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc. named Michael Kreiger a project surveyor with the survey division of its Harrisburg-area office. His responsibilities will include preparing proposals and supervising field and office production. He is a professional land surveyor with 15 years of experience, including surveying work with PennDOT and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He has an associate degree in surveying technology from Penn State University

Manheim Township-based Rodgers & Associates named P Michael S. Helveston a financial planner. Previously, he was with the personal g financial-planning division of The Vanguard Group. He has a bachelors degree in finance from Bloomsburg University.
Orrstown Bank named Paul P. Baynum vice president and business-development officer with its Stonehedge office near Carlisle. He will develop commercial loans and deposit relationships in the Cumberland County market. He has more than 20 years of lending experience and a bachelors degree in economics from East Stroudsburg University.
Sterling Financial Corp, named Gregory S. Adams executive vice president of affiliate Church Capital Management. He will oversee and coordinate investment sales throughout the company. Previously, he was senior vice president of Sterling's treasury solutions group. He has 19 years of financialservices experience and a bachelor s degree in business administration from Susquehanna University s Sigmund Weis School of Business.
CONSTRUCTION
Benchmark Construction Company Inc. of West Earl Township named Deborah C. Deisley accounting department manager. Her responsibilities will include accounting supervision, development and analysis of departmental budgets, and oversight of monthly financial statements and payroll. Previously, she was an account manager with Kunzler & Company. She has a bachelors degree in business with an option in accounting from Millersville University and a master of business administration degree from Penn State University.
G.A. & F.C. Wagman Inc. named Kristen Eash a field engineer. She will coordinate resources, document and control project costs and provide technical assistance to field operations. "Kelly" Phipps was named counsel for education services. Previously, he founded Phipps Cumberland Strategies and was an adjunct instructor of business law at Messiah College.
