Condos multiply in urban markets

Central Penn Business Journal, May 25, 2007 by Veronikis, Eric

"There is no sales data to work with because nothing like this has been done in Lancaster. I'm getting interest from a lot of professional type of people and a lot of married people without children," Esbenshade said. "I'm getting interest from active people who want urban living with restaurants and the central market all within two blocks. They're looking for a turnkey lifestyle. They can lock the door and leave. It's a lifestyle they are buying into."
