Members 1st Federal Credit Union acquired the 49,350square-foot office/flex building in Rossmoyne Business Park at 5020 Louise Drive in Upper Alien Township. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. of Lemoyne brokered the sale for Members 1 St and the seller, First Industrial Realty Trust.
National Elevator Industry Education Program leased 1,300 square feet of office space at 2741 Paxton St. in Harrisburg. Landmark Commercial Realty arranged the lease for the property owner, Murphy Rentals Inc.
S.A. Moyer Insurance and Financial Services leased an 842square-foot office space at 3314 Market St. in Camp Hill from 3314 Associates. Landmark Commercial Realty arranged the lease.
Comprehensive Massage Therapy purchased the building at 23 N. Eighth St. in Lemoyne from Wendy and Greg Hammaker for the company's new West Shore location. Hammaker's Flower Shop has expanded into a larger space at 839 Market St. in Lemoyne. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the seller, and Century 21 represented the buyer.
Barton Associates Inc. is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing-design services for a new 52,000-square-foot recreation center at Gettysburg College. The center will include a natatorium, an exercise area, a weight and fitness room, a rock wall, a renovated athletic-training room and a connection to the existing gym.
Barton Associates is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing-design services for renovations to a 30,000-square-foot, two-story space to create a new administration building for York City School District. The project will pursue Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
A Harrisburg-based stone- and concrete-product manufacturer leased a 7,200-square-foot warehouse space from Denmark at 7389 Paxton St. in Swatara Township. Campbell Commercial Real Estate Inc. of East Pennsboro Township represented both parties in the transaction.
Full Circle Copier Outlet opened at 100 Market St. in Lemoyne and formed an alliance with Phillips Capital to find a new market for previously leased office products.
Yurchak Printing Inc. bought a 49,200-square-foot building at 920 Links Ave. in East Hempfield Township from Lawn Equipment Parts Supply Co. Yurchak sold the space at 2959 Old Tree Drive in East Hemp field Township to Apex Advertising Specialties. Lawn Equipment Parts Supply Co. moved to a 200,000-square-foot facility in Marietta, vacating two buildings in the Centerville area. High Associates Ltd. and NAI Commercial Partners Inc. handled the sale between Yurchak and Lawn Equipment Parts Supply. US Commercial Real Estate handled the sale between Yurchak and Apex Advertising Specialties.
Terry King bought the former Stokes Mill Works building at 340350 Verbeke St. in Harrisburg from Frank Ciccone. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams negotiated the transaction. The building is being developed into retail/office/commercial space.
Voith Siemens Hydro Inc. sold the 8.7-acre industrial property at East Berlin Road, lot 6, in West Manchester Township to Weldon Machine Tool Inc. Rock Commercial Real Estate of York represented the seller and buyer in the transaction.
Fisher Auto Parts leased a 5,000-square-foot retail space at Clearview Shopping Center in Hanover forfive years. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, and Springwood Commercial Realty represented the landlord in the transaction.
Jackson Hewitt leased a 1,616square-foot office space at 1560 W. Market St. in York for five years. Rock Commercial Real Estate represented both sides of the transaction.
The Lancaster County Tax Collection Bureau/Middletown Area Tax Collection Bureau has consolidated its three offices to one office in Greenfield Industrial Park at 1845 William Penn Way in East LampeterTownship. This location will provide an expanded waiting room and a private audit room.
Hong Kong Ruby, a Chinese restaurant in Beaufort Farms Plaza, will relocate to Patton Place, a 22,000-square-foot retail center at 2308 Patton Road in Lower Paxton Township. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg negotiated the deal between the property owners, Brian Evans and Robert Fried, and the restaurant.
EciConstruction of Dillsburg signed a construction contract with the Antique Automobile Club of America Museum in Derry Township. The project consists of a p re-engineered metal storage building that will store and display antique automobiles. It is scheduled for completion at the end of October.
