Dawood Asso- ciates Inc. named Tony H. Dawood vice president of its Carlisle region- al office. He is a professional engi- neer with more than 25 years of experience. He will oversee engineering projects, client relations, project budgets, quality control and resource scheduling.

Arro Group Inc. of Manheim Township named William N. McMullen a proj ect manager with its Orwigsburg, Schuylkill County, office. He has more than 17 years of experience as a project manager and sewage- enforcement officer. Previously, he was a project manager with Lehigh Engineering in Pottsville. Thomas V.Yashinsky was named assistant vice president andmanager of the Orwigsburg office. He will oversee day-to-day operations, including administration and business development. He has more than 25 years of experience as a professional planner on many municipal and private sector projects. Previously, he was managing director and partner with Lehigh Engineering. He has a degree from Penn State University.

Ephrata National Bank named Janell L. Moser an assistant vice president and mortgage loan officer. She will provide mortgage loan products and services. Previously, she worked for Berkshire Bank as a mortgage consultant and originator.

CONSTRUCTION

Excel Homes of Liverpool named Brent Werner chief financial officer. He has 20 years of financial experience, most recently as Excel's corporate controller. Ray Cudwadie was named director of commercial sales. He has 24 years of commercial construction experience, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing with DeLuxe Building Systems Inc. of Berwick, Columbia County. Jeff Degen was named vice president of marketing. Previously, he was director of globalbrands with Johnson Controls Inc. Rob Ebbets was named vice president of shared services.
