Arro Group Inc. of Manheim Township named William N. McMullen a proj ect manager with its Orwigsburg, Schuylkill County, office. He has more than 17 years of experience as a project manager and sewage- enforcement officer. Previously, he was a project manager with Lehigh Engineering in Pottsville. Thomas V.Yashinsky was named assistant vice president andmanager of the Orwigsburg office. He will oversee day-to-day operations, including administration and business development. He has more than 25 years of experience as a professional planner on many municipal and private sector projects. Previously, he was managing director and partner with Lehigh Engineering. He has a degree from Penn State University.
