NVQ policy reaps rewards

Coface has been recognised as an outstanding provider of education and training for its staff, as it received the prestigious award of 'Large employer of the year 2006' at the JHP Training annual awards ceremony.
Coface received the prize because of its commitment to the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) programme offered in partnership with JHP Training, one of the largest providers of vocational training in the UK.
The NVQ is a long-standing nationally recognised qualification which assesses candidates' knowledge of their area of employment and their experience in the role itself.
