Oswald named president, Right Management, Great Lakes region

Kathleen M. Oswald was named president of Right Management Consultants, Great Lakes Region, an organizational consulting and career transition firms.
As president, Oswald oversees the Southfield, Toledo, Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo offices for the Great Lakes Region. In addition, she will oversee Right's growing organizational consulting practice.
"Kathy has the skills, knowledge and capabilities to grow Right's presence throughout Michigan and Northern Ohio," says John Bourbeau, Right's managing principal and CEO. "She is an exceptional leader, and I am thrilled to have her serve in this key role.
Oswald joined Right in 2002 as senior vice president and managing director. Previously, she served as senior vice president and chief administrative officer for DaimlerChrysler and executive director of human resources at Ford Motor Co.
She serves on the boards for the Women's Leadership Forum, The American Heart Association, Michigan Virtual University, Junior Achievement of Southeast Michigan and Marygrove College. She also serves on the advisory board for the Automotive Women's Association.
Oswald holds a master of science degree in personnel management from Central Michigan University. She also completed Duke University's advanced management program and the University of Michigan's advanced human resource executive program.
