> Insurance documents rank as the most perplexing information source according to brand strategy firm Siegel & Gale's Perplexity Poll. Financial documents, legal documents, product instruction manuals and computer-related documents rounded out the top five. In addition, more than half of respondents cited mortgage applications and health insurance benefit forms as the most difficult to understand of commonly-used documents, a list that also includes federal income tax returns, newspaper stock market listings and investment account statements.
