JEFFREY MUELLER, P.E., is a manager for ICI (485 Cedar Springs Road, Salisbury, NC 28147; Tel (704) 642-6241; Fax (704) 633-4708; E-mail: jeff.mueller@nstarch.com), where he is responsible for electronic adhesives engineering. Mueller earned a BS in chemical engineering from Iowa State Univ. and an MS in chemical engineering from the Univ. of Colorado. He holds four patents, has authored nine publications, and has ten years of experience in the chemical industry.

MICHAEL CIPULLO, PhD, is a principal business scientist for ICI (485 Cedar Springs Road, Salisbury, NC 28147; Tel (704) 642-6207; Fax (704) 633-4708; E-mail: michael.j.cipullo@nstarch.com), where he is responsible for electronic adhesives product quality and regulatory affairs. He earned a BS in chemistry and an MS in organic chemistry from the State Univ. of New York at Albany, as well as a PhD in organic chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He holds 13 patents, has authored six publications, and has over 30 years of experience in the chemical industry.
