Medical communications company Centron announced the following additions to its staff. Mary Jo Marcontell joins as SVP, group creative director from Euro RSCG Life MetaMax. Alyce Erdekian has been promoted to the role of VP, director of scientific services-a new strategic position within the company, from director of strategic publication planning. Lauren Marchitelli joins as a VP, account supervisor from Harrison and Star. Dana Brousseau has been hired as an account supervisor from Euro RSCG Life LM&P. Tim Glenn comes aboard as a creative supervisor from KPR where he was a group art supervisor. Leslie Bowes has been hired as an account executive from Agency Rx. Bruce Wang joins as senior support technician from the Interpublic Group of Companies. Aliza Hochbaum has been hired as account executive from Euro RSCG Life Chelsea. Jeff Fagen has been hired as a copywriter from City College. John Donohue comes aboard as senior editor from Grey Healthcare and Jennie Wyckoff joins as editor from Rapp Collins Healthcare.

Women's Healthcare Forum, a medical education company dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes for women, has named Sharon Hutinett director, conference sales and service. She was previously responsible for exhibit sales and service with the AAFP.
The Curry Rockefeller Group announced the addition of Peter Metz as director, new business development. Metz has been in the pharmaceutical/medical education industry for the last five years, most recently with Pharmedica Communications-InteliMed. Madeline L. Hill joins the company as copy editor. Hill has been working as a freelance medical copy editor for the past two years.
AAF-MED announced the addition of Robin Steckler as CME coordinator. Steckler was previously a program manager with Convergent Health Solutions LLC, a division of Dowden Health Media, where she was involved with the planning and implementation of medical education programs AAF-MED is announced the appointment of Frank T. Iorio as vice president of education and professional services. Iorio will report to Robert Curry President of AAF-MED. He has been part of the pharmaceutical communications industry for the past 16 years, most recently with the American Medical Association in Parsippany, NJ, as general manager and director of publishing and new business development.
