John Mason, Republic Bank, appointed chair of Ethics Commission

Republic Bank & Trust Company Senior Vice President John Mason has been appointed by Mayor Jerry Abramson to the Louisville Metro Government Ethics Commission where he has been elected chair. The Ethics Commission enforces ethics laws governing the Metro Government Officials.

Mason joined Republic Bank in July 1990 as vice president and was promoted to his current position as senior vice president for Preferred Client Services in August 1993. He is also a member of the CARITAS Hospital Board, CARITAS Foundation Board, Jefferson County Community College Foundation Board, Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce Board and was past-chair of the City of Louisville Ethics Commission.
