MGM Brakes offers BrakeTECH Self-Study Training Program
Fleet Equipment, Oct 1999
MGM Brakes has created the BrakeTECH Self-Study Training Program for counter and outside sales personnel involved in providing replacement parts to the heavy-duty trucking industry. The goal of the program is to help participants become more knowledgeable about the MGM Brakes products they sell each and every day.
Participants can study the course booklet at their own pace, regardless of schedule, to become better acquainted with MGM Brakes and the company's products. A final review quiz made up of true & false and multiple choice questions completes the course. This will help reinforce the material covered and result in a thorough knowledge of the spring brakes, service chambers, parts and kits that MGM Brakes offers, as well as the heavy-duty trucking industry segments for which each product has been designed.
MGM Brakes will issue a "Certificate of Completion" to each participant successfully scoring a minimum of 85 percent on the quiz. A BrakeTECH pin and hat will also be sent out as tokens of MGM Brakes' appreciation for a job well done. These will go one step further toward singling participants out in the eyes of their colleagues and customers alike as true experts on
