New Statistical Yearbook From CIRFS

The 2005 edition of the CiRFS Statistical Yearbook - Information on Man-Made Fibres (the world's leading guide to the man-made fiber industry) is now in its 42nd year of publication. This year's edition includes an improved presentation of trade data on 65 countries.
The CIRFS Yearbook contains more than 300 pages of facts and figures about the world's man-made fiber industry, charts both long-term trends in the industry and the recent developments in particular.
There are more than 20 pages on global production of man-made fibers, cotton and wool from 1900 to 2004, with a detailed geographic breakdown covering the more recent years; 22 pages on fiber mill consumption trends in Western Europe, Central Europe and Turkey; 27 pages on end-use patterns for man-made and natural fibers in Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey, the U.S. and Japan. Consumption by textile processing trade in Western Europe is also available.
The yearbook also contains more than 200 pages on detailed import and export information for 33 countries in Europe, 12 in Asia, 15 in the Americas, 3 in Africa and 2 in Oceania. This section includes an original CIRFS calculation of the textile and apparel trade data broken down by fiber.
The CIRFS Statistical Yearbook is an indispensable source of information for: man-made fiber and textile companies; suppliers of chemicals, machinery and services to the man-made fiber and textile industries; governments and administrations; consultants; and financial analysts and banks.
