Leadership is all about achieving goals through others, and that's impossible if a leader blames his employees ("them") for everything that goes wrong. Presenter B.J. Gallagher is the author of the book. Who are "They" Anyway?, which serves as the basis for this video. She asks five questions about accountability that places responsibility where it belongs. The basic message applies to anyone in an organization, but it should be in the knowledge base of every leader.
