(Naval Sea Systems Command) Unidyne Corp., Norfolk, Va., $22.3 million indefinite-delivery/ indefinitequantity contract for engineering and technical services in support of the Module Test & Repair Program (MTR). Computer engineering services for the MTR Program involving productivity requirements for Gold Disk, "computer disk" technology, and the training of military and civilian personnel in utilizing this technology to analyze and repair circuit card assembly failures. Lucent Technologies, Advanced Technology Systems Inc., Greensboro, N.C., $10.6 million contract modification for four AN/UYS-2A(V) DEM E production units for the government of Spain (100%) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. The AN/UYS-2A(V) DEM E provides signal processing solutions which perform computational intensive processing of sensor signals for major air surface and subsurface acoustic systems. Leica Geosystems Inc., GPS Division, Torrance, Calif., contract (terms not disclosed) for four marine differential global positioning system (DGPS) beacon systems. Each includes dual MX 9310 DGPS reference stations, on-site integrity monitoring, and industrial PC controls running under Windows NT. (Chinese Maritime Safety Administration)

STN Atlas Elektronik GmbH, Bremen, Germany, $4.3 million contract for design and installation of an advanced vessel traffic system for monitoring and control of ship traffic in the Pomeranian Bay region and its approaches. System is due to be commissioned in February 1999 and will comprise two interlinked main control centers at Szczecin and Swinoujscie on the Baltic Coast, serving traffic to and from Denmark, Germany, and Sweden. Bardex Industries Inc., Houston, Texas, contract (terms not disclosed) to provide a riser centralizer system and central hydraulic power units for an unnamed ultra-deep-water drillship. Equipment is similar to that installed on the dynamically positioned Deepwater Pathfinder and Deepwater Frontier (R&B Falcon, Houston)

Tritech International Ltd., Aberdeen, Scotland, contract (terms not disclosed) to supply 15 SeaKing sonar systems fur use in the customer's newbuilding fleet of SCV 3000 ROVs. Order includes sonar control units and dual-frequency imaging sonars. (U.S. Navy) Ceanic Corp., General Contracting Div. (formerly American Inland Divers Inc.), Houston, Texas, $9 million contract for construction of a cruise ship berth at Terminal No. 7.
