SeaTrepid (Robert, Louisiana) announced that James Landry Sr. joined the organization as director of operations last month. Landry has assumed full operational management of SeaTrepid's day-to-day operations in both the observation-class and working-class remotely operated vehicle divisions.

SeeByte Ltd. (Edinburgh, Scotland) announced the promotion of Matt Fitchett to support manager this winter. Fitchett joined the company in 2001 as a development engineer involved in the development and project management of the seeTrack Military product. He will now support customers and internal staff.

FarSounder Inc. (Warwick, Rhode Island) has elected Christopher J. Golden to its board of directors. Golden brings nearly 30 years of high-technology company leadership experience with him, from publicly traded corporations to smaller enterprises. Prior to these positions, he served with distinction as a combat officer in the U.S. Army.

Navis USA (Saco, Maine) announced recently that Capt. Walt Gibson has come on board as their Northeast regional sales representative.

Bluefin Robotics (Cambridge, Massachusetts) recently appointed David Kelly president and chief executive officer. Kelly has had more than 25 years of experience in high-tech industries and is a senior member of IEEE, as well as several other organizations. /st/
