New additions to Toshiba's digital audio family
NZ Business, Apr 2006
Looking for a serious iPod alternative? Toshiba recently extended its range of compact digital audio players with the gigabeat Flash and gigabeat X series.
No bigger than a Tim Tam, the gigabeat Flash comes in 512MB and 1GB variants. The higher capacity gigabeat X series is available in both 30GB and 60GB and is 20 percent smaller in size than the gigabeat F series, Toshiba's first digital audio players launched last year. Both models feature full colour screen displays, great battery life, USB charging and new headphones designed for the 3-D sound image created by SRS WOW Sound, an audio enhancement technology.
RRP: gigabeat Flash $199 and $259: X series $479 and $629
