MICHAEL HILL'S TOP ACHIEVER WINS BMW
NZ Business, Apr 2009
Michael Hill's top sales professional has been presented with the keys to a $105,000 BMW 3 Series convertible.
In January Rimma Mulligan from Manukau claimed the prize for being the first ever sales professional to achieve $1 million in sales within one calendar year. She beat more than 2000 staff globally by reaching the target in just nine months.
"It's an extraordinary achievement; a testimony to Rimma's incredible drive and determination," says Michael Hill International CEO Mike Parseli. "Her persistence is proof that, despite tough economic times, hard work really does pay off.
"While many companies around the world are cutting back on staff incentives, we it's important to encourage employees to reach their full potential," he added.
