New Chief Executive for Bureau Veritas UK & Ireland

Bureau Veritas has announced the appointment of Pat Lawless as Chief Executive UK & Ireland as of 1 January 2007. Bureau Veritas UK & Ireland reported an £82 million turnover in 2005 and employs over 1500 staff throughout 38 offices. Pat Lawless (pictured) joined Bureau Veritas in June 2004 as Managing Director of the Engineering Inspection division. Prior to that, Pat was a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Corporate Turnaround Practice.
