Larry Dunigan has been named chairman of Old National Bancorp, Evansville. He has served as a director since 1982.

Lisa Girod has been appointed to the Bank of Berne board of directors. She is a certified public accountant with Honeggar, Ringger and Co. Inc. She has been with the firm for 11 years and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. Girod is a graduate of Ball State University.

Ronald J. Knueven has been appointed to the board of directors of FCN Banc Corp. and of FCN Bank, NA. He is a partner and shareholder of Rettig, Blankman, Mack and Seale PC. He previously served as a director of People's Bank & Trust of Sunman. Knueven is a graduate of Ball State University.
