Richard E. Forbes has been elected to the board of directors of German American Bancorp, Jasper. He is president and chief executive officer of MasterBrand Cabinets Inc. Forbes is a certified public accountant and previously served as a chief financial officer and with a major public accounting firm.

F. Howard Halderman, president of Haldcrman !-'arm Management and Real Estate Services, Wabash, has been elected to the board of directors of Frances Slocum Bank & Trust Company, NA, Wabash.

Robert M. Pearson, chief executive officer of Wabash County REMC, Wabash, has been elected to the Frances Slocum Bank board of directors.

Kelly Stanley has been elected chairman of the board of directors of Old National Bank Trust, Evansville. He has served on the board for 25 years. Stanley is president of Ball Memorial Hospital Foundation Inc. and has served as chairman of Ball Memorial Hospital and as vice chairman of Cardinal Health System for more than 10 years. He currently has been serving Cardinal Health Alliance as chairman since its creation in 1995. Stanley is a former chairman of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and chairman of the Muncie Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. He also is a director of Old National Bancorp. Stanley earned a bachelor's degree from Miami University and a JD from Indiana University.

Hal D. Job has been named chairman of the board of Frances Slocum Bank & Trust Company, NA, Wabash. He joined the bank in 2002 and has been with the corporation tor mort than 30 years. Job is a member of the Forty Year Club of the Indiana Bankers Association.
