Charles W. Shook has been elected to the board of directors of LSB Financial Corp., Lafayette. He previously served on the board from 1998 to 2004. Shook is president of Coldwell Banker Shook Realty, Lafayette, and is involved with the Lafayette/West Lafayette Development Corp., Indiana Association of Realtors, Indiana Real Estate Commission and the Lafayette Regional Association of Realtors, which previously named him Realtor of the Year. He earned a bachelor's degree from DePauw University and an MBA from Indiana University. Shook is a Sagamore of the Wabash.

Betty A. Carver has been elected chairperson of the board of directors of New Washington State Bank. She was elected a member of the board in 1983 and also was elected to serve as a member of the board of the holding company when it was formed. Carver is an attorney practicing in Henryville. She served as a longtime trustee of the Charlestown-Clark County Library and was named 2001 Indiana Trustee of the Year. Carver is a graduate of the University of Louisville and earned a JD from Indiana University Southeast.
Nelson Dietrich has retired as chairperson of the board of New Washington State Bank. He served in that poistion since 1983. Dietrich is the retired owner of Dietrich's Grocery, Henryville.
