Randy Bush has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator. He has several years of lending experience. Previously Bush was employed with a mortgage loan company in Bloomington.

Josh Gordon has joined the bank as business banker, Warsaw financial center. He previously served with National City Bank and has five years of banking experience. Gordon is a graduate of Purdue University and attended the University of Maastricht, Netherlands.

Sue Curd has joined the bank as financial center manager, Scott Road office. She previously served as manager of JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, in Fort Wayne. Curd has 18 years of management experience and more than 15 years of banking experience.

Stephanie Strodtman has joined the bank as branch operations officer of the Allisonville Road banking center in Fishers. She previously served as team leader with Huntington National Bank, Indianapolis. Strodtman earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.

Kathy Bock has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator for the Angola market. She previously was employed with die Steuben County Treasurer's Office. Bock also has several years of experience in mortgage lending and tide insurance.

Jodi Hammond has joined the bank as assistant vice president and mortgage originator, Fort Wayne Dupont location. She has eight years of banking experience in mortgage loans. Hammond attended Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and the Indiana Institute of Technology.

Barbara Pierce has joined the bank as assistant vice president, Kendallville office. She has 19 years of experience as a personal banker and investment representative. A graduate of International Business College, Pierce has a state insurance license, plus Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Bonnie Patton has joined the bank as business relationship manager. She previously was a regional business banking officer for Fifth Third Bank and has 35 years of financial services experience. Patton is active with Bloomington Economic Development Corp. She completed the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Janet Burks has joined the bank as manager of a new branch in the North Park area on Highway 46 at Arlington Road, east of Ellettsville. She has 30 years of bank management experience, most recently with Old National Bank.

Jim Brown has joined the bank as vice president, senior associate counsel. Previously he served Irwin Union Bank for three years as vice president, senior attorney and commercial loan documentation manager, and served National City Bank for 22 years as vice president and senior attorney. A member of me Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations, Brown earned bachelor's and JD degrees from Indiana University.

Joseph Howarth has been named community president for Lafayette. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial banking, operations and management. He began his banking career in retail and commercial lending and served in leadership roles for four banks in Indianapolis and Michigan; he also served in senior management positions with private and public companies. In 2004 Howarth was named vice president of Union Planters Bank, where he was a senior relationship commercial banker. He earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.

Jack Harter has been named senior commercial lender, Carmel office. Previously he served as a commercial banking manager for STAR Financial Bank, Anderson, and has 17 years of commercial lending experience. A graduate of Indiana University, Harter has held past leadership roles with the Corporation for Economic Development

Stephanie S. Knoth has joined the bank as vice president of business banking, Lafayette business banking center. She has 13 years of experience as a commercial loan officer. Knoth earned a bachelor's degree from Purdue University.

First Bank of Berne

Don Garner has joined First Berne Financial Services as an investment representative. He has more than 15 years of direct investment experience and is a registered representative with PRIMEVEST Financial Services Inc. For the past 10 years, Garner has been working with community banks, developing brokerage and licensed banker training programs.
