Paul Freeman, Indiana Bankers Association executive vice president-member services, raised funds last month for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) by participating in the Eagle Creek Lockup to help "Jerry's Kids.®" Freeman succeeded in raising $1,565 for MDA.

Harris Bank has entered into a two-year sponsorship agreement with the Indianapolis Zoo that designates Harris as the presenting sponsor of the African lions exhibit. As a gift to the zoo, Harris presented permanent signage at the exhibit. Harris has long used the lion as a symbol of its pride in serving customers' financial needs and later introduced its friendly-lion mascot, "Hubert," to show its approachability as a financial provider.
