About the Authors

Matthew G. Kenney is Doctor of Business Administration candidate at Nova Southeastern University's H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. He recently published his first book based on his experience as an entrepreneur entitled Entrepreneurship: Myths, Realities and Rewards. Kenney leads capstone courses in leadership and entrepreneurship for Franklin University's MBA program and was awarded the school's David Award for Faculty Excellence in 2005.

Bahaudin G. Mujtaba is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Management Department at Nova Southeastern University (NSU). Mujtaba was awarded the prestigious Faculty of the Year Award for the 2005 Academic Year at the School of Business and Entrepreneurship of NSU. His doctorate degree is in Management, and his post-doctorate specialties are in Human Resource Management and International Management. Mujtaba is author and co-author often books and many articles and presentations. During the past twenty five years he has had the pleasure of working in the United States, Brazil, Bahamas, Pakistan, Afghanistan, St. Lucia, and Jamaica.
