Cable & Wireless go rapid

Communications company Cable & Wireless is using rapid e-learning to help it deliver on key business and customer requirements. The company says rapid e-learning is helping to transform learning in the organisation.
With the support of Kineo, Cable & Wireless has produced 10 modules on New Ways of Management, which have been completed by over 95 percent of the company's top 600 managers.
Mike Booth, Learning Technologies Manager, Cable & Wireless, said: "Rapid e-learning has helped us to deliver business critical needs that would not otherwise be possible through e-learning. Kineo feels like part of our internal learning and development team. It has helped us transform what's possible with e-learning in Cable & Wireless and in turn has enabled our colleagues to provide a better service to our customers."
E-learning is being delivered at the rate of two rapid e-learning modules a week.
