PATSY VAUGHAN PENTECOST, BBA 1952, feels her main present accomplishment is keeping in great health and is proud to have been an early graduate of the business school that she feels is ever gaining renown.

TOM MILLIGAN, BBA 1966, is enjoying life with his wife and three sons in Oregon. He is presently the Director of Business Development at FLIR Systems in Wilsonville, Oregon. He spent 20 years as an Air Force fighter pilot and nine years in France in the flight test business during which time he met his Scottish born wife and they had two sons. He has been with FLIR Systems for almost eight years. His third son was born in the USA. Tom is active in the local community as a member of the Youth Football Board of Directors, a member of the Northwest Aerospace Association Board of Directors and a senior leader in the local Civil Air Patrol Squadron.

GEORGE LAKE, CPA, BBA 1975, is the managing partner with the CPA firm of Lake & Gardenier, LLP in Houston. His youngest son, Jordan, is #30 on this year's Baylor Bear football team.

CATHY RANGE CLOPTON, BBA 1976, and Rick Clopton, BBA 1976, have recently joined their practices back together. Clopton & Company (Cathy's CPA firm) and Clopton Financial Services (Rick's wealth care management practice) are housed in the same downtown office in Garland, TX. Their older daughter, Kate Clopton Odenwald, will graduate from Baylor Nursing School next May, at the same time their younger daughter, Sarabeth, will become the fourth member of the family to graduate from Garland High School.

MARY GEDDIE, BBA 1980, is a PhD candidate in Accounting at the University of Houston, having received an MBA from Eastern Illinois University in 1996. Her first job after graduation was with the accounting firm KPMG, followed by positions with the state of Oklahoma and the University of Illinois. She and her husband Morgan live in the Houston area with their two children.

CHUCK DENNIS, BBA 1980, worked for a little over two years for Halliburton Services in Duncan, Oklahoma, in their accounting department after graduation. He then relocated to Garland, TX, where he worked for a small manufacturer of printed circuit boards, Cuplex, Inc., for 14 years. He has since returned to school, first at ITT Technology earning an Associates Degree in Electronic Technology, and then earned his Masters in Computer Information Systems at the University of Phoenix in April 2003. Currently, he is an Accounting Specialist III with Bank of America.

BRINK RICHARDSON, BBA 1989, became a vice president in Corporate Accounting with Washington Mutual Bank in Seattle, WA in December, 2004. He, his wife and their four children relocated from Houston, where he was Director, Corporate Accounting for Continental Airlines, Inc. He also holds an MBA from the University of Houston and is a CPA.

LORI THOMPSON PINTO, BBA 1992, is a stay at home mom to her two children, three-year-old Hannah and baby Seth. Prior to having Hannah and Seth, Lori had been a manager in assurance with Andersen. Her husband Brian is a partner in International Tax at Deloitte.

GREG JACKSON, BBA 1994, was honored as Young Lawyer of the Year by Baylor University at a reception held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the State Bar of Texas in Dallas. Baylor University School of Law Dean Bradley J. Toben, who presented the award, said Jackson's accomplishments in the legal profession and his service with the Texas Young Lawyers Association and other professional and civic organizations had brought great credit and distinction to Baylor Law School. He said Jackson had distinguished himself through his outstanding dedication to the legal profession and to his community. The Young Lawyer of the Year Award was created in 1995 to recognize an outstanding Baylor Law graduate who is 40 years of age or younger. Recipients of the award are selected by the Baylor Law Alumni Association. Greg is a solo practitioner and founding member of The Law Office of Greg Jackson, PLLC. He is a 1995 graduate of Baylor University School of Law, and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He served as Chair of the Board of the Texas Young Lawyers Association in 2004-2005 and President of the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association in 1999-2000. He has served on numerous state and local bar committees, and is a member of the I Have a Dream Foundation and the Harris Methodist Health Exchange. He has been recognized for two consecutive years as a "Rising Star of Texas Law" by Law & Politics and the publishers of Texas Montlily.

LAURA IRVINE, BBA 1994, was named executive vice president for Methodist Health System and president of Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. She also holds an MS in health care administration from Trinity University. Laura began her career at Methodist in January 1996 as an administrative resident at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. She was promoted to the position of vice president at Methodist Charlton Medical Center in 1999. In 2001, Ms. Irvine was named senior vice president for strategic planning and marketing. She is a former board member of the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves as the liaison for the Methodist Health System board of directors planning committee, and on the board of the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce. From her roles in planning and marketing to clinical operations and new technology, Laura has exemplified competency, leadership, strong relationships, and true vision throughout her career.
