Government

Michael E. Leiter has been nominated to be director of the National Counterterrorism Center in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Washington, D.C.

Cynthia Dion-Schwarz has been appointed to director of information technology, Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, Washington, D.C.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Washington, D.C., has announced the following appointments: Thomas J. Harrington, associate executive assistant director of the National security Branch; Michelle Ann Junipa, special agent in charge of intelligence for the Washington, D.C., field office; clayt Q. Lemme, special agent in charge of the Counterintelligence Division for the Washington, D.C., field office; and Gerald Rose, special agent in charge for Counterintelligence in the FBI's New York Division. Additionally, Timothy Healy has been named deputy assistant director of the Directorate of Intelligence.

Mark T. Powell has been named director of command, control, communications, computers and information technology infrastructure operations for the U.S. Coast Guard. He will be based in Washington, D.C.

Military

Maj. Gen. Patrick J. O'Reilly, USA, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as the deputy director, Missile Defense Agency, Washington, D.C.

Brig. Gen. Lynn A. Collyar, USA, has been assigned as commanding general, U.S. Army Ordnance Center, and commandant, U.S. Army Ordnance Schools, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

Brig. Gen. David L. Mann, USA, has been assigned as commanding general, White Sands Missile Range, White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico.

Brig. Gen. Ellen M. Pawlikowski, USAF, has been assigned as deputy director, National Reconnaissance Office and program executive officer and systems program director, space radar, Office of the Undersecretary of the Air Force, Chantilly, Virginia.

Brig. Gen. Bennet S. Sacolick, USA, has been assigned as deputy commanding general, U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Rear Adm. Thomas P. Meek, USN, has been assigned as director of intelligence, J-2, U.S. Southern Command, Miami, Florida.

Brig.Gen. James C. Yarbrough, USA, has been assigned as commanding general, Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk, Fort Polk, Louisiana.

Maj. Gen. John F. Mulholland Jr., USA, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as commanding general, U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Col. Anthony G. Crutchfield, USA, has been selected for promotion to brigadier general and assignment to director, Joint Center for Operational Analysis-Lessons Learned, U.S. Joint Forces Command, Suffolk, Virginia.

Maj. Gen. Frank G. Helmick, USA, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as commander, Multi-National security Transition Command-Iraq, Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Rear Adm. Brian C. Prindle, USN, has been assigned as director, Assessment Division, N81, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.

Brig. Gen. Susan K. Mashiko, USAF, has been assigned as vice commander, Space and Missile Systems Center, Air Force Space Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California.

Industry

Mitchell B. Waldman has been named director of acquisition policy at Northrop Grumman Corporation's Washington, D.C., office.

Computer Sciences Corporation, El Segundo, California, has appointed Thomas T. Reinhardt as vice president and customer relationship executive for its North American Public sector's Department of Homeland security area.

Matthew Ganz has been named president of the Boeing Company's Chicago-based Phantom Works advanced research and development unit. Also, Ralph Boyce will join the company as president of Boeing Southeast Asia and will be based in Singapore. Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, St. Louis, has selected Lt. Gen. Jeffrey B. Kohler, USAF (Ret.), as vice president of international strategy for business development.

AeroVironment Incorporated, Monrovia, California, has selected Michael Bissonette as vice president and general manager of the company's Energy Technology Center.

Mike Koravos has been hired to be director of operations at Fortress Technologies, Tampa, Florida.

Shayne Cole has been named chief technology officer at KENROB IT Solutions, Ashburn, Virginia.
