Government

The Missile Defense Agency, Washington, D.C., has appointed David AItwegg as executive director.

Brian E. George has been appointed deputy director, cost, price and finance, Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (Acquisition, Technology and Logistics), Washington, D.C.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Washington, D.C., has announced the following appointments: Amy Jo Lyons, special agent in charge of the FBI's Baltimore Division; Michael J. Heimbach, assistant director of the bureau's Counterterrorism Division; and Kevin Favreau, director of the FBI's Directorate of Intelligence.

Timothy J. Harp has been assigned as deputy assistant secretary of defense for command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance and information technology acquisition, Office of the Assistant secretary of Defense (Networks and Information Integration), Washington, D.C.

Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Maryland, has selected James B. Lackey as deputy assistant commander for acquisition in AIR 1.0.

Bradley E. Bunn has been assigned as program executive officer for the National security Personnel System, Office of the Defense Human Resources Activity, Washington, D.C.

Sidney E. Fuchs has been named to the Defense Science Board.

Military

Rear Adm. Michael A. Brown, USN, has been assigned as assistant deputy director, Joint Interagency Cyber Task Force, Office of the Director of National Intelligence/deputy assistant secretary for cybersecurity and communications, National Protection and Programs Directorate of the Department of Homeland security, Washington, D.C.

Brig. Gen. Jay H. Lindell, USAF, has been nominated for promotion to the rank of major general and assigned as director, global power programs, Office of the Assistant secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.

Capt. Margaret D. Klein, USN, has been nominated for promotion to the rank of rear admiral and assigned as operations officer, N-3, Naval Network Warfare Command, Norfolk, Virginia.

Maj. Gen. Guy C. Swan III, USA, has been assigned as deputy chief of staff, strategic operations, command, control and communications, MultiNational Force-Iraq.

Rear Adm. Sandy L. Daniels, USN, has been assigned as director, warfare integration, N-6F/N-83, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations.

Brig. Gen. Anthony R. Ierardi, USA, has been assigned as deputy commanding general (programs), Combined security Transition Command-Afghanistan.

Gen. Peter Pace, USMC (Ret.), has joined the board of directors of information technology provider Neohapsis Incorporated, San Francisco.

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Falls Church, Virginia, has named Patrick Schambach vice president and general manager of CSC's Department of Homeland Security business area for the company's North American Public Sector Enforcement, Security and Intelligence division.

Terry L. Watkins has been appointed southeastern regional director of Webster Data Communication Incorporated, Fairfax, Virginia.

Dubhe Beinhorn has joined AtHoc Incorporated, Burlingame, California, as vice president of operations for the public sector.

The Boeing Company has named Antonio De Palmas president of the company's European Union and NATO relations. He will be based in Brussels, Belgium.

McAfee Incorporated, Santa Clara, California, has appointed the following employees to its U.S. Defense Department and intelligence community customer support teams: Jondi Bernardo/Navy; Lou DeSorbo/Air Force; Dan Hickey/Defense Information Systems Agency and Marine Corps; and Tim Vieregge/Army.

Command Information, Herndon, Virginia, has appointed Lt. Gen. Kenneth A. Minihan, USAF (Ret.), to the company's board of directors.

Suss Consulting, Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, has appointed Sallie McDonald as a new lead consultant.

Vice Adm. Dennis McGinn, USN (Ret.), has joined RemoteReality Corporation, Westborough, Massachusetts, as chairman and chief executive officer.

LexisNexis Special Services Incorporated, Washington, D.C., has appointed Haywood J. Talcove as chief executive officer.
