PLOT

Hoping to cash in on the Grand Theft Auto craze, the Scottish fi lm industry comes up with its own low-budget movie version. Set on the mean streets of Arbroath, the story follows boy racer Jimmy as he tears along the high street in his granny's Nissan Micra. Meanwhile, an American billionaire wins over the suspicious locals by turning links golf courses into Formula One racing tracks.
