BANNING GUNS may seem the obvious solution to halting the recent spate of shootings in American schools, but some housewives in Virginia beg to differ. In a Law in Action Special (4pm R4, right) Marcel Berlin meets "Moms 4 Guns", a group who refuse to give up their right to bear arms. The programme also reports on law-suits against gun-makers, which could cost them millions of dollars in damages.
