Driver dies in Skye coach crash

THE DRIVER of a tourist coach died and 38 passengers, all elderly, were injured yesterday when their vehicle veered down an embankment on the Isle of Skye. Police said the driver, named as Frank Whalley, 65, from Wigan, Greater Manchester, may have suffered a heart attack at the wheel. One of the passengers was seriously injured.
