Sir: Robert Fisk's article on the lynching in Hebron was important and perhaps worthy of the front page. But was it really necessary to put that lurid photo of a corpse on the front page?
Fisk accurately describes the events that took place as "pornography" and that is exactly what the photo is. Putting it on the front page exposes children to that image in homes throughout the country. Why do it?
