*dublin Aer Lingus said it would honour fares of 4 to New York after 300 passengers who booked the tickets online threatened legal action. The flights were offered at such a low price due to a "technical glitch" on the company website, the airline said. The debacle is estimated to have cost Aer Lingus 790,000. For just under two hours on Wednesday tickets which normally sell for 1,775 (1,400) were sold for 5.
