*SANTA CRUZ, BOLIVIA Bolivia's richest region, Santa Cruz, has voted on a plan for greater autonomy from Lima in a referendum seen as a rejection of President Evo Morales' leftist reforms. Yesterday's voting was calm, although backers of Mr Morales, the country's first indigenous leader, ransacked polling stations in protest. Mr Morales said the vote was illegal.
