*BLACKBURN ROVERS Nigel Winterburn is to join Paul Ince's backroom team to work as defensive coach. The former Arsenal full- back (below) will travel with the team to their training camp in Germany tomorrow. The Rovers chairman John Williams said: "Pulling together a new team with the right balance of skills, experience and ideas across sports science, recruitment and coaching is clearly important and we are nearly there now." Winterburn's most successful years were spent as part of the Arsenal back four that claimed league titles in 1989, 1991 and 1998.
