*Thirty baggage-handlers at Stansted Airport will strike in support of a pay claim on bank holiday Monday, it was confirmed last night. However, a threatened walkout by other staff at Stansted, as well as those at Gatwick and Manchester airports, was called off. The strikers are members of the GMB union.
