Our favourites include: Orrange Almond (1808), Narcissus Backway (1728), Boadicea Basher (1881), Absolom Beagle-hole (1841), Fozzitt Bonds (1690), Honour Bound (d. 1783), Philadelphia Bunny-face (d.1722), Fanny Cobbledick (1832), Noah Flood (d.1741), Fred Friskey (1582), Horatio Hornblower (1841), James Jam (1772), Kitty Jealous (1808), Olympia Lark (1764), Fanny Moody Manners (1940), Ostrich Pockinghorn (1792), Elizabeth Poo (1814), Fanny Scum (1805), Martha Splat (1673), Thomas Tank (1792), and Clobery Silly Woolcock (1848).

But best of all is the person recorded as marrying in Padstow in 1797 - Levi Jeans.
