ROCK sensation Jet are on their way to Belfast for an exclusive, intimate gig.

Jack Daniels has revealed the Aussie group will be the next band to take centre stage at The JD Set this month.

The event, which is taking place at an undisclosed location in Belfast, is certain to be an unforgettable experience for fans who manage to get their hands on the limited number of tickets on offer.

Guests will get the chance, on February 14, to see the band perform live and will also get to spend time with them after the show, maybe even challenge them to a game of table football or order a Jack Daniels from them at the bar!

Lucky Sunday Mirror readers have the chance to win tickets to this exclusive gig and rub shoulders with all of the band members! Guitarist and vocalist for the band Nic Cester says: "I haven't been to Northern Ireland before and am really looking forward to it. We aren't the type of band to play a gig and go hide in our hotel room. We like to chat to people. So this JD night will be great - mixing with the audience and hearing what they have to say."

The Melbourne-born four piece say they grew up 'on a strict diet of classic rock' and count the likes of The Kinks, AC/DC and The Who as some of their major influences. They took the rock world by storm with their debut single Take It or Leave It and cemented their place in the world of rock music when they were asked to support the Rolling Stones - another of their major influences - on the Australian leg of their world tour. The band have a brand new album due out in the Summer.

The Sunday Mirror has 10 pairs of tickets to this once in a lifetime gig up for grabs! To be in with a chance to see Jet perform at The JD Set in Belfast all you have to do is answer the question above. Answers should be emailed, along with your name, date of birth, address and contact number to thejdset@freud.com. Entries should be marked Sunday Mirror/Jet Competition.
