STARSKY AND HUTCH (15)

THE STORY: Starksy (Ben Stiller) and Hutch (Owen Wilson) are two street-smart Bay City cops who team up with their street snitch Huggy Bear (Snoop Dogg) as they try to track down a drug dealer (Vince Vaughn). Comedy tribute movie based on the hit 1970s TV series with some smart jokes, nice performances and great stunts.

THE EXTRAS: Audio commentary, deleted scenes, spoof documentary, gag reel, trailer, Huggy's fashion, and a wacky featurette called Vince's Bit for the Kids.

THE VERDICT: Fun cop comedy with guns, girls and fast cars... plus Huggy Bear

As her star potential increases, her friends at a youth centre where she teaches kids to dance worry that she has lost her way. Honey has to choose between stardom and her roots. Teen heart-throb Mekhi Phifer will please his army of girl fans as her handsome love interest.

THE EXTRAS: Deleted scenes, music videos, making-of features, commentary by Alba and director Bille Woodruff and a special on how to dance like Honey.

THE VERDICT: Engaging dance drama with Alba excellent as good- hearted Honey.

THE STORY: Impressive TV series about the early years of Clark Kent (aka Superman) in the lil 'ol Kansas town of Smallville, where his friends include teenmogul Lex Luthor and classmate Lana Lang. Season two sees Clark discovering more about his powers, travelling to New York to find out about his origins, getting a message from his home planet, and in the finale, facing the choice of his lifetime.
