BANK of Ireland's British branches have left their customers fuming - by refusing to handle CASH.
Facilities for customers paying in or withdrawing cash at its branches were stopped a week ago.
One disgruntled Bank of Ireland customer in London said: "The whole thing is outrageous.
"I mean what do you have a bank account for if not to withdraw money or make deposits?
"I also can't believe that I haven't received any information to inform me of these changes.
"I've been a customer with the Bank of Ireland for over six years and they can't even be bothered to let me know of these ridiculous changes."
